Pack 370 will be carrying the Queens Banner during the Rose Parade this weekend. Please be in the Blue area on the map below around 10:00am - 10:15am. Depending on the pace of the Parade, the Queen will get started around 10:30 and we will be right in front of her.

We will be walking the whole parade route. If you would like to walk with your child, you are free to do so. If not, Parade concludes at the Rose stadium on Fair Park drive and that is where you will pick up your child.

By the time we start, parking will be very full and many roads along the route will be closed, so please plan accordingly.

Scouts should be in their Uniform Shirt, Neckerchief, blue pants or jeans, comfortable shoes and hats optional. It looks like it might actually be cold in the morning, so a long sleeve shirt under the uniform is acceptable.

This weekend, Friday-Sunday September 25th-27th, marks our first campout of the Scouting year. We will be camping at G.W. Pirtle Scout Reservation, 440 County Road 1241, Gary, TX 75643. Please plan on meeting out there after work on Friday afternoon. Please feel free to come and go as you need. If you can only camp one night, that is ok. If you need to leave for a game, feel free to do so. This is a family campout, so please feel free to bring the family. This campout will have running water, bathrooms, and showers. Please bring a tent, sleeping bags, blankets (whatever you want to sleep in/on), food and cooking implements, footballs, frisbees, fishing poles, washer boards, etc. for your family. If you have one, a wagon is always a good idea, as the campsite can be a little bit of a walk from the parking lot. I believe there is a burn ban currently in place and most likely will still be that way this weekend. I will bring stuff for smores, even if we cannot have a fire. We will be camping in campsite 4.
